Service Description

Career development is a lifelong process that has become increasingly versatile in current times. This necessitates an understanding of our abilities, interests, values, personality and aptitude together with the current working climate in starting, growing or even changing our careers. A career is a fluid construct that is influenced by many varying factors in a world that is exponentially developing. This makes it exceedingly important that we are making informed decisions when it comes to the subjects and career paths we choose. The following services are offered in assisting people make important career related decisions; - Grade 9 subject choice assessments and guidance. - Grade 11 and 12 subject choice assessments for tertiary education purposes and career guidance. - Assessments and career guidance for people interested in making career changes. The assessments are conducted to gain an improved understanding of one's aptitude, values, interests and personality in order to make informed decisions regarding subject and career choices. All assessments are accompanied by an in-depth feedback session and a formal written report.
